5.       This promotion is only available for room payment at The Langham, Melbourne, The Langham Sydney and The Langham Gold Coast and Food and Beverage payment at The Langham, Melbourne and The Langham Gold Coast. 

6.       For qualified spend of RMB200 (Approximate AUD45) or above, Wechatpay members are eligible to redeem a “Super FX Discount Coupon”.

7.       For qualified spend of RMB1000 (Approximate AUD 200) or above, Brilliant members are eligible to redeem 10,000 Brilliant Award Points.

8.       Exchange rates are subject to real-time fluctuations, and the specific exchange rate at the time of payment shall prevail.

9.       This campaign is treated as RMB, which is the key currency for redeeming the “SuperFX Discount Coupon” or “10,000 Brilliant Award Points.”

10.   The “Super FX Discount Coupon” applies to the member’s next transaction.​

○ Cap of RMB5,000 (Approximate AUD1,000) per coupon​

○ Each user can collect the coupon up to 3 times​

○ Points remain in the user’s wechat account until exchanged for a voucher​

○ Once exchanged, the voucher must be redeemed within 7 days​

11.   Brilliant by Langham Members are not permitted to split or combine transactions. Each eligible transaction is entitled to earn extra Brilliant Awards Points once only. Duplicate or merged transactions will not qualify for rewards. ​

12.   Points and benefits obtained through this campaign are non-refundable, indivisible and non-transferable to any third party. ​

14.   In cases of fraudulent activity during the campaign period – including, but not limited to, fraudulent claims, malicious exploitation of benefits, or false transactions – Brilliant by Langham and Wechat Pay reserve the right to disqualify Members, revoke any associated benefits and rewards (whether used or unused), and, if necessary, pursue legal action. ​
