How to Book with Points & Cash?

​Your journey begins in a few simple steps:

 

1. Sign In & Search​
Sign in to your Brilliant by Langham account and search your preferred hotel and dates.​

 

2. Choose Your Stay​
Select your preferred room and member rate. Where available, you may choose the “Pay with Points” toggle option at the payment stage.​

 

3. Complete Your Booking​
Review your booking details, confirm your Points & Cash selection, and proceed to “Confirm & Pay.”

FAQ

Points & Cash is a payment method of a combination of cash and Brilliant Award Points to pay for a Reward stay.

Search for your preferred hotel and proceed with your booking. At the final payment stage, you'll have the option to pay using Points & Cash where applicable.

For a Points & Cash Stay, a portion of the room rate will be redeemed using Award Points, while the remaining portion shall be payable by the Member in cash or by such other payment methods as may be accepted by the relevant Participating Business Unit.

The Points & Cash combination is pre-set and is not available for customization at the moment. 

Applicable taxes and service charges, if any, will be displayed during the booking process and are subject to the booking terms of the selected rate.

Points & Cash bookings are not eligible to earn Brilliant Points, including on the cash portion paid.

Yes, you can cancel the reservation according to the cancellation policy. If you cancel according to the cancellation policy, the points will be returned to your account; the cash portion will be returned to your payment method if you have paid already. If cancellation occurs outside the applicable cancellation policy, points and/or cash payment may be forfeited in accordance with the booked rate conditions.

Please cancel the reservation according to the cancellation policy and rebook. Amendments are not allowed.

Yes. You will continue to enjoy your applicable member benefits and status recognition, subject to availability.

Award Points will be redeemed from your account once your reservation is confirmed. 

Points & Cash will only be available if you have sufficient Award Points for the required portion at the time of booking.

Yes. You can redeem Points & Cash for up to three (3) rooms per night per stay, as long as all rooms are booked under your name and you are one of the staying guests.

If you do not show up for your stay, the applicable no-show policy will apply. Depending on the rate booked, your Points and/or cash payment may be forfeited.
