Brilliant by Langham is the new Loyalty and Experience Platform from Langham Hospitality Group, launched in 2024. Its mission is to create a genuine, emotional connection with all our members and make them feel special, like the individuals they are. Brilliant by Langham unifies all our customer segments under one programme, allowing members to earn and redeem points on a range of experiences and access exclusive rewards and privileges.

Brilliant by Langham members can enjoy special rates on room or dining with a range of different privileges available according to their membership tier. Please refer to our Discover Benefits for more details.

Brilliant by Langham experiences are built around four central pillars: Gastronomy, Discovery, Wellness and Culture.

The Brilliant by Langham membership programme is free to join.

There are a number of ways you can sign up to the Brilliant by Langham programme: via our official website or mobile app, through on-site enrolments at our properties, or with the WeChat Mini-Program. Other methods, such as promotional campaigns, may also become available in future.

No, membership is on an individual basis. You can only sign up for one membership account.

We recommend using the passport you travel with the most to sign up for your Brilliant membership. You can still change your name after enrolment, but this will require verification of your identity.

To maximise the value of your membership, stay frequently in our properties to earn points and redeem your free nights. You are also recommended to follow us on social media and check our promotional pages regularly for the latest news and offers.

We also recommend you subscribe to our marketing communications, so you can receive the latest promotions and news. If you're already part of the WeChat Mini-Program, you can find everything you need in the member section.

Brilliant by Langham membership tiers are named Onyx, Topaz, Diamond, Sapphire and Ruby, with Onyx being our evergreen entry membership. Each is inspired by a precious stone, becoming progressively rarer and more valuable as you ascend through the five levels of membership.

You can upgrade your membership tier by accumulating status points, or via the tier-matching programme.

Members can earn Award Points by spending on qualified stays, qualified charges and qualified partnerships. These points can then be redeemed in the form of various member privileges and experiences. Award Points will expire if there is no earning activity for 24 consecutive months.

Members can earn Status Points every time they spend on qualified stays and qualified charges. These points can be accumulated and then used to upgrade membership tiers. Upon expiry of each tier, the point balance will be reset to zero.

Members can earn Award Points on up to three rooms per reservation, provided they are booked under the same name and within the same hotel.

No. Only one member per room can earn points and redeem Brilliant by Langham privileges under the same reservation.

No. You can only earn points from reservations booked via our website, app and WeChat Mini-Program.

Yes, you can earn Award Points with our qualified partners or campaign promotions. Always keep an eye on our offers and promotions.

Members can redeem Award Points whenever they make a room reservation, or book a dining experience. You can make on-site redemption in restaurants and bars, whereas you can redeem points online when booking a stay with us.

Members of Topaz and above can earn Bonus Award Points for their qualified spending.

Membership and all points are non-transferable and may only be used by and for the member.

Cash and points cannot be combined for payment. Members can either pay in full using cash or in full using points.

Yes, you can convert your award points into air miles with participating airlines. Simply sign in to your profile and submit your online request. We'll do the rest for you.

Members can earn 150 Award Points for every USD5 spent on rooms or dining. The conversion rate is always calculated in US dollars.

Brilliant by Langham sends requests for mileage conversion to the participating airline/train partners at least once a month. Upon receipt by the partner, your Brilliant Award Points are converted to miles and posted to your account. Brilliant by Langham and our travel partners need 60 days for the miles to be credited, provided that your initial request is complete and processed. Incomplete transfer requests may result in delays.

Brilliant Points usually take up to 10 business days to be processed. If they have still not appeared in your points balance after that time, contact our Brilliant support team and they will be happy to help you.

Award Point will expire if there are no earning activities in a consecutive of 24 months. To avoid expiration of your Award Points, remember to keep your account active by spending or redeeming at our hotels. You can also join partnership promotions or campaigns.

Status points are reset to zero at the end of each membership year, or deducted during tier upgrade. They cannot 'roll over' or be accumulated into the next membership year.

You will receive monthly updates on your points via email, upon your consent for opting in the communication preferences of your profile. You can also check on your points balance at any time via the membership dashboard on our website, mobile app or WeChat mini-programme.

You can contact the Brilliant support team, who will walk you through an identity verification process to retrieve your information.

You can reset your password via our website, mobile app or WeChat Mini-Program. Simply enter all the required information and then we'll send you an email with instructions for resetting your password.

Brilliant by Langham is going digital, so just sign in online and you'll be able to access your digital membership card in the Brilliant Dashboard. Download our mobile app or use the WeChat Mini-Program and store your membership card safely in your mobile wallet.

Sign in via our website, app or WeChat Mini-Program to update your profile information.

Contact the Brilliant support team, who will verify your identity and then cancel your account.

To claim a missing transaction, simply fill in the support form via our website or app. Requests must be raised within one year of the date of check-out or transaction.

To access benefits, the corporate travel booker must be enrolled in Brilliant by Langham and then make the booking via the hotel.
