Membership Status Tier Matching Terms & Conditions

1. Offers valid from 4 Feb 2026 until 31 Dec 2026 (both days inclusive). 

2. Brilliant Onyx, Topaz, Diamond & Sapphire and Ruby tiers may be matched to Silver Card, Gold Card, Platinum Card and Black Platinum Card tiers in iTiandi Membership respectively. Meanwhile, iTiandi Members with Silver Card, Gold Card, Platinum Card and Black Platinum Card tier may be matched to Onyx, Topaz, Diamond or Ruby tiers in Brilliant by Langham Membership respectively. Tier matching is reflected immediately in the membership status upon successful verification, except for cases where the Brilliant Ruby tier is matched to the iTiandi Black Platinum Card tier.

3. iTiandi Black Platinum Card tier is invitation-only and not eligible for automatic status match or upgrade. Brilliant Ruby members must first complete their iTiandi membership registration, then submit a Black Platinum Card upgrade request via email to Brilliant at: info.partnerships@brilliantbylangham.com. Please include your information below for verification. iTiandi reserves the final right of approval regarding eligibility for the Black Platinum Card upgrade. Eligible upgrade requests will be processed within 30 working days.

If no upgrade is achieved, the system will reassess the member’s membership tier based on accumulated Brilliant Status Points and assign the appropriate membership tier accordingly.

5. iTiandi members are required to register as Brilliant Members and have their membership tier matched accordingly.

6. Prior to tier matching, it is the responsibility of the Member to ensure that names and registered mobile phone numbers in Brilliant Membership accounts are exactly the same as names and registered mobile phone numbers in the iTiandi membership accounts.  

7. Each member may participate in membership tier matching only once during the entire campaign period.

8. In cases of fraudulent activity during the campaign period—including, but not limited to, fraudulent claims, malicious exploitation of benefits, or false transactions, Brilliant and iTiandi reserve the right to disqualify Members, revoke any associated benefits and rewards (whether used or unused), and, if necessary, pursue legal action.

2-hour 1GB Huawei SkyTone Global Data Pass Terms & Conditions

1. The offer is valid from 1 January 2026 until 31 Dec 2026.​

2. This promotion is only available for Huawei Skytone users, and each user can redeem it only once.​

3. This promotion includes 1 GB global data usage, valid for 2 hours after activation.​

4. The offer of 1GB data roaming with 2 hours is exclusively available to iTiandi members who complete the tier matching to Brilliant during this campaign period.​

5. The offer can be redeemed by 31 December 2026 and must be activated within 90 days of redemption. Once activated, the duration of the data pass will begin and cannot be paused.​

6. When the data roaming usage time is less than 30 minutes and the data used is below 20 MB, the SkyTone App will display a notification to the user. Once the data is used up, the service will automatically suspend, incurring no additional charges.​

7. The offer is available while supplies last and may be subject to quota limits. Brilliant by Langham reserves the right to change or end the promotion early without prior notice.​

8. Each Huawei Skytone users can only possess one Brilliant by Langham membership account.  All new enrolments specific to this campaign are not allowed to change their membership names, or request to merge multiple membership accounts into one. ​
