TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Offers valid from 4 August 2025 until 31 December 2026 (both days inclusive). 

2. FLYERT Intimates Club Members with VOYAGER, CONNOISSEUR, VIRTUOSO or CANCRIE tier may be matched to Onyx, Topaz, Diamond or Sapphire tiers in Brilliant by Langham Membership respectively.

3. Brilliant by Langham Membership obtained through this tier matching promotion will be valid for one year from the date of approval. Should a member upgrade their tier during this period, the renewed membership will be valid for one year from the date of upgrade. If no upgrade is achieved, the system will reassess the member’s membership tier based on accumulated Brilliant Status Points and assign the appropriate membership tier accordingly.

4. During the campaign period, only FLYERT Members who have been registered for at least 90 days and have applied for verification under the FLYERT Intimates Club are eligible to request membership tier matching. Eligible members must sign up for the campaign via the designated webpage and submit their Brilliant by Langham Membership number. In addition, participants are required to provide their full legal name, mobile phone number, and email address via the campaign page. The verified name and phone number must match those registered under Brilliant by Langham Membership.

5. Each member may participate in membership tier matching only once during the entire campaign period.

6. The upgraded Brilliant by Langham Membership will become valid within 15 working days upon approval.

7. The points conversion offer is available exclusively to FLYERT Members (“Members”) who participate via the designated campaign webpage. Members must first be registered with Brilliant by Langham. 

8. Members can convert Flyermiles from their personal FLYERT accounts for Brilliant Award Points. The regular conversion rate is 10,000 Flyermiles for 3,000 Brilliant Award Points, with a minimum conversion of 10,000 Flyermiles per transaction. During the promotional period (from 4 August 2025 until 31 December 2025), Members will receive a total of 9,000 Brilliant Award Points for every 10,000 Flyermiles converted.

9. Each Member can convert up to 150,000 Brilliant Award Points per day at the regular conversion rate, equivalent to a maximum of 500,000 Flyermiles. During the promotional period (from 4 August 2025 until 31 December 2025), the same 500,000 Flyermiles will allow Members to convert up to 450,000 Brilliant Award Points per day.

10. Brilliant Award Points obtained through this campaign cannot be used for membership upgrades or renewals.

11. When converting points for the first time, Members must provide their Brilliant by Langham Membership number, full name in English or Pinyin, and email address for account binding. Once successfully bound, these details cannot be amended.

12. Upon successful conversion, Brilliant Award Points will be credited to the member’s Brilliant by Langham account within 7 to 10 working days. You may check your points balance via the Brilliant by Langham website, mobile app, or WeChat Mini Programs.

13. All point conversions are final and may not be cancelled. Converted Flyermiles cannot be refunded.

14. Points and benefits obtained through this campaign are non-cashable, non-refundable, indivisible, and non-transferable to any third party.

15. In cases of fraudulent activity during the campaign period—including, but not limited to, fraudulent claims, malicious exploitation of benefits, or false transactions—Brilliant by Langham and Flyert.com.cn reserve the right to disqualify Members, revoke any associated benefits and rewards (whether used or unused), and, if necessary, pursue legal action.
