Terms & Conditions
1. The Membership Tier extension is only applicable to members who enrolled in the Brilliant by Langham Programme on or before February 20, 2025 (Hong Kong Time). The Membership Tier extension will be completed by March 2025 (Hong Kong Time).
The Membership Tier extension will be based on the eligible members’ current membership status as of February 25, 2025 (Hong Kong Time). For members qualified to a membership upgrade after February 25, 2025 (Hong Kong Time), the new membership expiry date will be based on the upgraded tier and valid for 12 months from the date of membership upgrade.
2. Members’ current Status Points balance will remain in members’ membership accounts until the new membership expiry date or before any member upgrade.
3. The Membership Tier extension is granted at the discretion of Brilliant by Langham Programme and may be ended, or amended with or without notice or compensation, at Brilliant by Langham Programme’s sole discretion.
4. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, the interpretation of these terms and conditions by Brilliant by Langham Programme shall be final.
5. Brilliant By Langham Programme Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy apply. Any terms used but not determined herein shall have the same meaning defined in the Brilliant by Langham Programme Terms and Conditions.
6. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of People’s Republic of China. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce any term herein.
7. If there are any inconsistencies or ambiguities among the English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese versions (or any other translations) of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
