Eligible Participants:
The Offer is exclusively for Brilliant by Langham Members (“Member”). Participants must be a Member at the time of booking selected room types and complete the Eligible Stay during the Promotion Period.
General Promotional Information:
Booking Period: 20 August 2025 (00:00 Participating Hotel local time) to 14 October 2025 (23:59 Participating Hotel local time), both dates inclusive
Stay Period: 20 August 2025 (00:00 Participating Hotel local time) to 14 October 2025 (23:59 Participating Hotel local time), both dates inclusive
(The Booking Period and the Stay Period are together the “Promotion Period”).
Participating Properties: Please refer to the list of hotels set out in Appendix below.
Offer Details:
Offer 1: Member Rate at up to 10% Off #1
Enjoy up to 10% off when Members complete an Eligible Stays during the Promotion Period.
Offer 2: Up to Extra 10,000 Bonus Award Points #2
Enjoy 5,000 Bonus Award Points when booking and staying in selected Standard room types, enjoy 10,000 Bonus Award Points when booking and staying in selected Premium room types.
Offer 3: Tier Upgrade #3
Enjoy a complimentary instant upgrade to Diamond Tier upon check-in when booking selected room types.
Offer 4: Other Member Privileges #4
Enjoy Complimentary daily breakfast for two and Hotel Credits when booking and staying in selected room types.
**Eligible Stays:
To make an Eligible Stay, Members should:
- Within the Booking Period, book a Qualified Stay at a Participating Hotel within the Stay Period; AND
- Within the Stay Period, complete the Qualified Stay in accordance with the booking.
A Qualified Stay refers to a Stay at one of the Participating Hotels booked through a Qualified Channel on a Qualified Room Rate. For further details, please see the full terms and conditions for Brilliant by Langham membership program.
^Selected Room Types:
The Room Types description is clearly visible when the member is asked to “select room” prior to selecting the “book now” button.
#1 Member Rate
- Members may enjoy a Brilliant Member Rate up to three (3) rooms per night at Participating Hotels booked through one of the Qualified Channels as indicated in these channels.
- The Member must pay by themselves (such as debit cards or credit cards under their names).
- The Member Rate cannot be combined with any promotions, discounts, or other special offers.
- Member Rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
#2 Extra Bonus Award Points
- Bonus Award Points earned in this Promotion can be used towards Reward Nights or other redemptions as permitted under the Brilliant by Langham membership program.
- Bonus Award Points will be credited to the Member's account within 5-10 business days after the completion of the Eligible Stay.
- Bonus Award Points are in addition to the Brilliant Points (i.e. Award Points and Status Points) earned for Eligible Stay.
- If more than one Member checks into the same room, only the Member that books and fully paid the room folio for the Eligible Stay is eligible to receive the Promotion Bonus.
- If a Member books more than one room on the same night, the Member will earn Promotion Bonus for only one of the rooms that also meets the requirements of an Eligible Stay under this Promotion.
- If there is one or more reservations after Check-out on the same date at the same Participating Hotel, these reservations will not be considered as an Eligible Stay, regardless of the frequency of Check-in or Check-out.
#3 Tier Upgrade
Members can enjoy a complimentary instant upgrade to Diamond Tier upon check-in when booking selected room types. This upgrade will be a one-time provision, irrespective of the number of stays made. No adjustments will be made and the current tier status of the Member at Diamond tier or above will remain unchanged.
#4 Other Member Privileges
Hotel credit is per stay and not applicable on mini bar consumption. The credit cannot be exchanged for cash. Offers are subject to the hotel’s availability at the time of reservations. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or change the details of the exclusive offers from time to time, and to offer alternative benefits should the one requested be unavailable.
Other Terms and Conditions:
- If a Member modifies booking through the WeChat mini-program channel, the original booking will be cancelled and a new booking will be generated. Both cancelled booking and new booking will be subject to the terms and conditions of Promotion.
- This Promotion is valid for new bookings only.
- This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or packages, unless otherwise specified.
- To enjoy this Promotion, Members must acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- A member’s participation in Brilliant by Langham is subject to the standard Brilliant By Langham Membership Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Any terms used but not determined hereunder shall have the same meaning defined in the Brilliant Terms and Conditions.
- This Promotion is offered by Brilliant Loyalty Program Limited, in connection with its Brilliant by Langham membership program.
- This Promotion and its terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of People’s Republic of China. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce any term herein. If there are any inconsistencies or ambiguities among the English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- Brilliant by Langham’s interpretation of the Promotion's scope, application, and these terms and conditions will prevail to the extent allowed by applicable law. Additionally, Brilliant Loyalty Program Limited reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion at any time.
