Eligible Participants:
The Offer is exclusively for Brilliant by Langham Members (“Member”). Participants must be a Member at the time of booking selected either the "Brilliant Member Rate – Winter in Residence at The Langham" rate type for a minimum of two consecutive nights, or the "Brilliant Member Rate – Winter in Residence at Cordis" rate type for at least one night. Members must also complete the Eligible Stay** within the Promotion Period.”

**Eligible Stays
To make an Eligible Stay, Members should:
1. Within the Booking Period, book a Qualified Stay# at a Participating Hotel* within the Stay Period; AND
2. Within the Stay Period, complete the Qualified Stay in accordance with the booking.
# A Qualified Stay refers to a Stay at one of the Participating Hotels booked through a Qualified Channel on a Qualified Room Rate. For further details, please see the full terms and conditions for Brilliant by Langham membership program.
1Hotel Credits
1. Hotel Credit is awarded per stay and is not applicable for in-room dining or minibar consumption. Exclusions may vary by hotel.
2. Hotel Credit is not applicable at The Langham, Sydney.
3. Hotel credits must be spent in the hotel during the stay and produced at the time of check-out, against the final bill. Credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
4. Food & Beverage Credit is applicable to selected restaurants only, For more details, please contact the hotel team directly.
2Extra 5,000 Award Points
1. Bonus Award Points earned in this Promotion can be used towards Reward Nights or other redemptions as permitted under the Brilliant by Langham membership program.
2. Bonus Award Points will be credited to the Member's account within 5-10 business days after the completion of the Eligible Stay.
3. Bonus Award Points are in addition to the Brilliant Points (i.e. Award Points and Status Points) earned for Eligible Stay.
4. If more than one Member checks into the same room, only the Member that books and fully paid the room folio for the Eligible Stay is eligible to receive the Promotion Bonus.
5. If a Member books more than one room on the same night, the Member will earn Promotion Bonus for only one of the rooms that also meets the requirements of an Eligible Stay under this Promotion.
6. If there is one or more reservations after Check-out on the same date at the same Participating Hotel, these reservations will not be considered as an Eligible Stay, regardless of the frequency of Check-in or Check-out.
3Tier Upgrade
Members can enjoy a complimentary instant upgrade to Diamond Tier upon check-in when booking selected Rate Type. This upgrade will be a one-time provision, irrespective of the number of stays made. No adjustments will be made and the current tier status of the Member at Diamond tier or above will remain unchanged.
4Member Exclusive Stay Privileges
Offers are subject to the hotel’s availability at the time of check in. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or change the details of the exclusive offers from time to time, and to offer alternative benefits should the one requested be unavailable.
Other Terms and Conditions :
1. If a Member modify booking through the WeChat mini-program channel, the original booking will be cancelled and a new booking will be generated. Both cancelled booking and new booking will be subject to the terms and conditions of Promotion.
2. This Promotion is valid for new bookings only.
3. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or packages, unless otherwise specified.
4. To enjoy this Promotion, Members must acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Rate Type terms and conditions may vary by hotel, please refer to the respective hotel’s booking site for the specific terms and conditions.
5. A member’s participation in Brilliant by Langham is subject to the standard Brilliant By Langham Membership Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Any terms used but not determined hereunder shall have the same meaning defined in the Brilliant Terms and Conditions.
6. This Promotion is offered by Brilliant Loyalty Program Limited, in connection with its Brilliant by Langham membership program.
7. This Promotion and its terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of People’s Republic of China. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce any term herein. If there are any inconsistencies or ambiguities among the English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
8. Brilliant by Langham’s interpretation of the Promotion's scope, application, and these terms and conditions will prevail to the extent allowed by applicable law. Additionally, Brilliant Loyalty Program Limited reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion at any time.
