Member Rates Terms & Conditions

Eligible Participants:

The Offer is exclusively for Brilliant by Langham Members (“Member”). Participants must be a Member at the time of booking selected Rate Type¹ and complete the Eligible Stay² during the Promotion Period.

Booking Period:

15 June 2026 (00:00 Participating Hotel local time) to 31 August 2026 (23:59 Participating Hotel local time), both dates inclusive

Stay Period:

15 June 2026 (00:00 Participating Hotel local time) to 31 December 2026 (23:59 Participating Hotel local time), both dates inclusive

(The Booking Period and the Stay Period are together with the “Promotion Period”).

For Member offers and award eligibility, the Member’s check-out date and time must be earlier than the end of the Promotion Period.

Offer 1: Member Rate Discount³

Enjoy discounted Member Rates up to additional 10% off when Members book selected Rate Types¹  during the Promotion Period. The selected rates already include an exclusive Member discount.

Offer 2: Bonus Award Points⁴

Enjoy Double Award Points when Members book selected Rate Type¹ and complete an Eligible Stay** during the Promotion Period.

Offer 3: Tier Upgrade⁵

Enjoy a complimentary instant upgrade to Diamond Tier upon check-in when booking selected Rate Type¹ and enjoy Diamond Member benefits throughout the stay and during the validity period of the Membership.

¹Selected Rate Type:

To be eligible for this Promotion, reservations must be booked under one of the following Brilliant Member Rates:

• “It has to be Brilliant - Bed and Breakfast - Brilliant Member Rate” 

• “It has to be Brilliant - Linger Longer (Stay Longer and Save) - Brilliant Member Rate” (requires a minimum stay of two consecutive nights)  

• "It has to be Brilliant - With Our Compliment - Brilliant Member Rate" (requires a minimum stay of three consecutive nights) 

The Rate Type description is clearly visible when the member is asked to “Select Rate Types” prior to selecting the “Book Now” button. Availability of selected Rate Type is subject to the hotels' inventory at the time of booking.

²Eligible Stay:

To make an Eligible Stay, Members should:

1. Within the Booking Period, book a Qualified Stay at a Participating Hotel within the Stay Period; AND
2. Within the Stay Period, complete the Qualified Stay in accordance with the booking.

A Qualified Stay refers to a Stay at one of the Participating Hotels booked through a Qualified Channel on a Qualified Room Rate. ³Member Rate

⁵Tier Upgrade

1. Members can enjoy a complimentary instant upgrade to Diamond Tier upon check-in when booking selected room types. The upgraded membership tier will be valid for 12 months from the date of upgrade.
2. This upgrade will be a one-time provision, irrespective of the number of stays made. No adjustments will be made and the current tier status of the Member at Diamond tier or above will remain unchanged.

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. If a Member modifies booking through the WeChat mini-program channel, the original booking will be cancelled and a new booking will be generated. Both cancelled booking and new booking will be subject to the terms and conditions of Promotion.
2. This Promotion is valid for new bookings only.
3. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or packages, unless otherwise specified.
4. Reservations that are cancelled, no‑show, or shortened due to early check‑out may not be eligible to enjoy any promotional benefits, including but not limited to Room Upgrades, Tier Upgrades, Bonus Award Points, Hotel Credit, or other associated privileges.
5. To enjoy this Promotion, Members must acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6. A member’s participation in Brilliant by Langham is subject to the standard Brilliant by Langham Membership Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Any terms used but not determined hereunder shall have the same meaning defined in the Brilliant Terms and Conditions.
7. This Promotion is offered by Brilliant Loyalty Program Limited, in connection with its Brilliant by Langham membership program.
8. This Promotion and its terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of People’s Republic of China. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce any term herein. If there are any inconsistencies or ambiguities among the English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
9. Brilliant by Langham’s interpretation of the Promotion's scope, application, and these terms and conditions will prevail to the extent allowed by applicable law. Additionally, Brilliant Loyalty Program Limited reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion at any time.

Brilliant Experience Terms & Conditions

1. Redemption voucher is issued by Brilliant by Langham and is valid for the specified event, date, time, and venue as indicated on the voucher only. 

2. Redemption voucher is redeemable exclusively by the Brilliant Member who completed the redemption and is non-transferable.  

3. Free cancellation is available within the specified period after redemption. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the respective event voucher for the applicable cancellation deadline. 

4. Redemption is subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. 

5. Redemption is exclusively available to eligible Brilliant by Langham members upon successful redemption. Each event participant must hold a valid Brilliant by Langham membership at the time of attendance. 

6. Each voucher admits one (1) member only, unless otherwise stated. Admission details must match the registered guest information. 

7. Members are required to present the valid voucher ID upon arrival for verification and redemption of the event. 

8. Late arrivals may not be admitted, and no extension or alternative arrangements will be provided. 

9. The redemption voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or other services. 

10. Following the applicable cancellation period, vouchers are non-amendable, non-refundable, and non-reschedulable. 

11. Brilliant reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Brilliant will use reasonable efforts to offer an alternative arrangement or refund of points, at its sole discretion. 

12. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Brilliant shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or personal belongings incurred during the event. 

13. Members are responsible for ensuring that they are in a suitable physical and mental condition to participate in the event. Members with any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, dietary restrictions, or other health concerns should exercise their own judgment and seek professional advice where appropriate prior to participation. 

14. Participation in the event constitutes consent for photography and videography which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, unless the participant explicitly opts out in advance. 

15. By redeeming this voucher, the member agrees to these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms specified for the event.

17. Brilliant by Langham reserves the right to add, amend, modify, or discontinue these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 

18. Events may be hosted or operated by third-party partners. Brilliant acts solely as a booking and rewards platform and shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, or services of such third parties. 

19. In the event of any no-show, the voucher will be forfeited. Exceptions may be considered under exceptional circumstances, at the reasonable discretion of Brilliant. 

20. In case of any dispute, the decision of Brilliant by Langham shall be final.
