1. This offer is available to all members of Krisflyer.  Eligibility to redeem the offer is exclusive to Brilliant by Langham Members (“Members”). To qualify, participants must be a Member at the time of booking the selected room rate and must complete the Eligible Stay during the Promotion Period. 

2. The offer is valid for bookings made between 1 October 2025 and 28 February 2026, inclusive. Stays must be completed between 1 October 2025 and 31 December 2026. Blackout dates may apply and the room package is subject to availability. (The Booking Period and the Stay Period are together the “Promotion Period”)

3. Bookings must be made directly with the Hotel via booking link. The offer is valid with promotion code “3HKRISBRILHG”.

4. To make an Eligible Stay, Members should:

• Within the Booking Period, book a Qualified Stay at a Participating Hotel within the Stay Period; AND

• Within the Stay Period, complete the Qualified Stay in accordance with the booking.

5. The complimentary night must be a consecutive stay of the booking and the same paid room type.  

6. This Promotion is valid for new bookings only. Prior reservation is required to enjoy the Offer, with a stay of three consecutive nights.  

7. Bonus Award Points are in addition to the Brilliant Points (i.e. Award Points and Status Points) earned for Eligible Stay.

8. If more than one Member checks into the same room, only the Member that books and fully paid the room folio for the Eligible Stay is eligible to receive the Promotion Bonus.

9. If a Member books more than one room on the same night, the Member will earn Promotion Bonus for only one of the rooms that also meets the requirements of an Eligible Stay under this Promotion.

10. By participating in this Promotion, you consent to the automatic conversion of your bonus Brilliant Award Points into KrisFlyer miles.

11. KrisFlyer Membership ID must be submitted to Brilliant by Langham prior to the check-in date. Submissions made after check-in will not be eligible for the 500 bonus KrisFlyer miles. Prior to conversion, it is the responsibility of the Member to ensure that names in Brilliant Membership accounts are the same as names in the KrisFlyer membership accounts and provide the correct information of KrisFlyer membership as required.

12. Bonus KrisFlyer miles will be credited to the eligible Member’s KrisFlyer account approximately 6 to 8 weeks after your check-out date.

13. The offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and full prepayment is required for the entire stay.

14.This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts. 

15. 30 days before the check-in, you can change your arrival date once for free (amended arrival date is subject to availability). 

16. This offer is subject to availability, applicable taxes, fees, and other standard service charges will be applied. 

17. The participating Hotels are subject to change without prior notice.
