General Coupon Terms and Conditions 

1 , Applicable service charges and taxes will be calculated based on the original price of the product or service, prior to the applicable of any coupons, discounts, promotional offers or inherent member discounts.  

2 , Each Promotion Coupon is valid for single use only and only at the designated restaurant or outlet and within the valid coupon usage period. Members can refer the Promotion Coupon’s description to check its eligible restaurant and valid usage period.  

3 , Promotion Coupons are non-refundable, and cannot be sold, bartered, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another person. 

4 , Members must (i) physically present at the participating restaurant, (ii) present their digital Brilliant membership cards together with the Promotion Coupon QR code (or the Promotion Coupon number) prior to making any payments, and (iii) settle the full payments by themselves to use the Promotion Coupon(s). 

5 , The Promotion Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, point redemption and any other offers in the same transaction. 

6 , Brilliant Points (Brilliant Award Points and Brilliant Status Points) can be earned on the actual amount paid, which is the transaction amount after the applicable of Promotion Coupon, for Qualified Spend.  

7 , Use of Promotion Coupon is subject to availability and requires confirmation from the designated restaurant or outlet. Members should make reservations in advance.    

8 , Blackout dates of respective hotels and restaurants apply. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions under each Promotion Coupon.  

9  , Only one Promotion Coupon can be used per transaction.  

10 , Promotion Coupons are only applicable to food and beverage bills (unless otherwise specified) and dine-in consumption only.  All payment due after applicable of the Promotion Coupon must be settled at designated restaurants and outlets directly.   

11 , Promotion Coupons are not applicable to festive items, retail and gift shop items, corkage, takeaways, special promotions, specially negotiated menus, guest chef promotions, cigarettes/cigars/tobacco, discounted dishes/ menus, private functions, catering services, banquets, meetings, conferences, weddings, room services,  voucher sales, ticket sales events, and also not applicable to government and local taxes, service charges, gratuities, tips, any complimentary services, and credit card surcharges.       

12  , To the extent permitted by applicable laws, unused Promotion Coupon will not be extended or replaced once expired. 

13  , Terms & Conditions of Brilliant by Langham apply. 

14  , To the extent permitted by applicable laws, in the event of any dispute, the interpretation of the Promotion’s scope, application, these terms and conditions, and any decisions by Brilliant by Langham shall be final.  

15  , To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Brilliant by Langham reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.    

16  , This Promotion and its terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of People’s Republic of China. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce any term herein. If there are any inconsistencies or ambiguities among the English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese versions (or any other translations) of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.  The Promotion Coupons and its terms and conditions shall be governed by the local law of the participating hotels and restaurants.   Members can send campaign-related inquiries to: enquiry@brilliantbylangham.com。
