Stay Brilliant – LIVE AT THE BIG TOP | Terms and Conditions

Eligible Participants

The “Stay Brilliant – LIVE AT THE BIG TOP” Promotion (“Promotion”) is for Brilliant by Langham members (“Member”). Participants must be a Member at time of booking. 

General Promotional Information

Promotion Start Date: 23 January 2025 (00:00 Participating Hotel local time) 

Booking Period: 23 January 2025 (00:00 Participating Hotel local time) to 15 February 2025 (23:59 Participating Hotel local time), both dates inclusive 

Stay Period: 11 February 2025 (Participating Hotel local time) to 16 February 2025 (Participating Hotel local time), both dates inclusive

*Hotel stay period is inclusive of both start and end date.  (The Booking Period and the Stay Period are together the “Promotion Period”).

1. Members can enjoy exclusive member rates when completing an Eligible Stay (defined below) during the Promotion Period

2. Members may get two AIA Carnival entry tickets and two VIP or Premium tickets to the Live at the Big Top music performance, plus VIP Lounge Access with welcome drinks on check-in day for designated room package.

Eligible Stays

3. To make an Eligible Stay, Members should:

a) Within the Booking Period, book a Qualified Stay# at a Participating Hotel** within the Stay Period; AND

b) Within the Stay Period, complete the Qualified Stay in accordance with the booking.   

# A Qualified Stay refers to a Stay at one of the Participating Hotels booked through a Qualified Channel on a Qualified Room Rate. For further details, please see the full terms and conditions for Brilliant by Langham membership program. 

** The list of Participating Hotels are set out in Appendix below. 

Brilliant Member Rate 

4. Members may enjoy a Brilliant Member Rate up to three (3) rooms for one (1) night at a Participating Hotels booked through one of the Qualified Channels as indicated in these channels.

5. The Member must pay by themselves (such as debit cards or credit cards under their names).

6. The Brilliant Member Rate cannot be combined with any promotions, discounts, or other special offers.

7. Member Rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

8. The Hotel reserves the right to change the details of the offer from time to time.

9. In case of dispute, the Hotel reserves the right to make the final decision.

AIA LIVE AT THE BIG TOP Music Show

10. Tickets collection starts at 12noon at the hotel’s front desk. Please contact the team if you need help for luggage storage, as hotel check-in time starts at 3pm.

11. For an Eligible Stay, Members may get two AIA Carnival entry tickets and two VIP or Premium tickets to the Live at the Big Top music performance, plus VIP Lounge Access with welcome drinks on check-in day for designated room package.

13. Members must visit AIA Carnival and attend the Music Show on the designated date and time indicated on their physical tickets. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted for tickets not utilized.

14. Booking and staying in a designated rate type at The Langham, Hong Kong, or Cordis, Hong Kong, entitles Members to an exclusive meet-and-greet with Christopher or Gareth T.

Other Terms and Conditions 

16. Any reference herein to a specific date or time shall refer to the time in the time zone where the Participating Hotel is located.

17. One Eligible Stay may include up to three (3) rooms for a duration of one (1) night.  

18. If more than one Member checks into the same room, only the Member that books and fully paid the room folio for the Eligible Stay is eligible to earn Promotion Bonus.

19. If a Member books more than one room on the same night, the Member will earn the benefits of the Promotion for up to three (3) rooms for one (1) night,  provided all rooms meets the requirements of an Eligible Stay under this Promotion.

20. If a Member modify booking through the WeChat mini-program channel, the original booking will be cancelled and a new booking will be generated. Both cancelled booking and new booking will be subject to the terms and conditions of this Promotion.

To enjoy this Promotion and earn the benefits of the Promotion, Members must acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

A member’s participation in Brilliant by Langham is subject to the standard Brilliant By Langham Membership Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Any terms used but not determined hereunder shall have the same meaning defined in the Brilliant Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion is offered by Brilliant Loyalty Program Limited, in connection with its Brilliant by Langham membership program. 

Brilliant by Langham’s interpretation of the Promotion's scope, application, and these terms and conditions will prevail to the extent allowed by applicable law. Additionally, Brilliant Loyalty Program Limited reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion at any time. 

This Promotion and its terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of People’s Republic of China. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce any term herein. If there are any inconsistencies or ambiguities among the English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
