POINTS TO MILES CONVERSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Brilliant Points may be converted to participating Airline Partners. Airline Partners refer to Airline Partner Programme which Brilliant by Langham program (“Brilliant”) has formed partnerships with for the conversion of Brilliant Award points into their respective program points such as airline miles. The list can be found on www.briliantbylangham.com which may be updated by Brilliant from time to time.

  2. Use of the term ‘miles’ is a generic term that refers to all travel partner currency, including miles and kilometers.

  3. To convert your Brilliant points to Airline Miles, simply select your desired Frequent Flyer Programme Membership. This process may take between six(6) and eight(8) weeks for miles to be credited to your designated FFP membership account. Each Brilliant member can submit only one conversion request per day. 

  4. *A minimum of 25,000 Brilliant points is required for each conversion request with additional Point conversions made in increments of 12,500 Brilliant points.  Maximum points conversion per application is 150,000 points.

  5. Cancellation Policy: once conversion application has been made, no amendments or cancellations are allowed.

  6. ^Limited-time offer is valid only during promotion period of 11 November 2024 to 31 January 2025 (both dates inclusive). First 2,000 members can receive one-off bonus of 500 Miles on completing first point-to-mile conversion for Cathay or Singapore Airlines ; or one-off bonus of 1,000 Miles on completing first point-to-mile conversion for Air China or China Eastern Airlines. The bonus miles will be credited to your designated FFP membership account upon successful conversation within six (6) to eight (8) weeks.  

  7. The conversion rate is different for respective Airline Partners and this is subject to change without prior notice at the sole and absolute discretion of Brilliant by Langham. 

  8. Brilliant points can only be converted for the benefit of valid Airline Partner programme membership accounts registered in the Member’s name at the time of conversion and may not be converted for the benefit of or given to any other person’s account. Prior to conversion, it is the responsibility of the Member to ensure that names in Brilliant membership accounts are exactly the same as names in the membership accounts with the selected frequent flyer programme and provide the necessary information such as membership number as required.

  9. All Brilliant Award Points converted to Airline Miles will no longer be available for redeeming other Rewards. Rewards here refer to Reward Stays or Non-Room Rewards as defined in program terms and conditions ‘Redeeming Points’ section.  

  10. The redemption or usage of converted Airline Miles is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Airline Partner programmes.

  11. Brilliant Point conversions are subject to the  PRGORAMME TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
