Eligible Participants:

The “STAY Brilliant Black Friday” and “STAY Brilliant Pink Friday” Promotion (“Promotion”) is for Brilliant by Langham members (“Member”). Participants must be a Member at time of booking.

(The Booking Period and the Stay Period are together the “Promotion Period”).

1. Members can enjoy up to 30% off member rates when completing an Eligible Stay (defined below) during the Promotion Period

2. Members can enjoy Bonus Award Points when complete an Eligible Stay (defined below) during the Promotion Period.

Eligible Stays

1. To make an Eligible Stay, Members should:
2. Within the Booking Period, book a Qualified Stay# at a Participating Hotel** within the Stay Period; AND
3. Within the Stay Period, complete the Qualified Stay in accordance with the booking.   

# A Qualified Stay refers to a Stay at one of the Participating Hotels booked through a Qualified Channel on a Qualified Room Rate. For further details, please see the full terms and conditions for Brilliant by Langham membership program. 

 

** The list of Participating Hotels are set out in Appendix below. 

Brilliant Member Rate 

1. Members may enjoy a Brilliant Member Rate up to three (3) rooms per night at a Participating Hotels booked through one of the Qualified Channels as indicated in these channels.
2. The Member must pay by themselves (such as debit cards or credit cards under their names).
3. The Brilliant Member Rate cannot be combined with any promotions, discounts, or other special offers.
4. Member Rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
5. The Hotel reserves the right to change the details of the offer from time to time.
6. In case of dispute, the Hotel reserves the right to make the final decision.

 

Promotion Bonus

1. For an Eligible Stay of a Standard Room at an Participating Hotel, a Member will earn a bonus 2,000 Award Points for that Eligible Stay.  
2. For an Eligible Stay of a Club room or Suite at an Participating Hotel, a Member will earn a bonus 5,000 Award Points for that Eligible Stay. “Club room” or “Suite” means  a room with “Club room” or “Suite” as part of the description. The description is clearly visible when the member is asked to “select a room” prior to selecting the “book now” button.
3. Bonus Award Points earned in this Promotion can be used towards Reward Nights or other redemptions as permitted under the Brilliant by Langham membership program.

4. Bonus Award Points will be credited to the Member's account within 5-10 business days after the completion of the Eligible Stay. Bonus Award Points are in addition to the Brilliant Points (i.e. Award Points and Status Points) earned for eligible stays. 

    

Other Terms and Conditions 

 

Any reference herein to a specific date or time shall refer to the time in the time zone where the Participating Hotel is located.

 

One Eligible Stay can be one or more consecutive nights. For the avoidance of doubt, if there is a Check-in after a Check-out on the same date at the same Participating Hotel, these Stays (which are in essence consecutive nights at the same Participating Hotel) will be considered as one Eligible Stay, regardless of the frequency of Check-in or Check-out.

 

Promotion Bonus Award Points will be credited to the Member's account within 5-10 business days after the completion of the Eligible Stay. Promotion Bonus are in addition to the Brilliant Points (Award Points and Status Points) earned for such a Stay pursuant to the Member’s Membership Tier.

 

If more than one Member checks into the same room, only the Member that books and fully paid the room folio for the Eligible Stay is eligible to earn Promotion Bonus.

 

If a Member books more than one room on the same night, the Member will earn the benefits for the Promotion for only one of the rooms that also meets the requirements of an Eligible Stay under this Promotion.

 

If a Member modify booking through the WeChat mini-program channel, the original booking will be cancelled and a new booking will be generated. Both cancelled booking and new booking will be subject to the terms and conditions of this Promotion.

 

This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or packages, unless otherwise specified.

To enjoy this Promotion and earn the benefits of the Promotion, Members must acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

A member’s participation in Brilliant by Langham is subject to the standard Brilliant By Langham Membership Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Any terms used but not determined hereunder shall have the same meaning defined in the Brilliant Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion is offered by Brilliant Loyalty Program Limited, in connection with its Brilliant by Langham membership program. 

Brilliant by Langham’s interpretation of the Promotion's scope, application, and these terms and conditions will prevail to the extent allowed by applicable law. Additionally, Brilliant Loyalty Program Limited reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion at any time. 

This Promotion and its terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of People’s Republic of China. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce any term herein. If there are any inconsistencies or ambiguities among the English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
